Back-to-Back Sessions: 120-minute consecutive sessions for extended training time without breaks, typically for two people (e.g., spouses) in the same home. Perfect for those wanting intensive focus in a single visit, such as combining strength and conditioning or multiple skill drills.
Student Athlete Sessions: 60-minute specialized training for young athletes (ages 10-21), emphasizing sport-specific skills, agility, endurance, and injury prevention. Tailored to support school sports seasons and long-term athletic development at beginner, intermediate, or advanced levels.
30-Minute Senior Sessions: Strength/ Stability/ Balance workouts for busy schedules, designed for senior clients. Great for targeted routines with a focus on low-impact exercises, with optional hydrotherapy for joint relief if client has access to a pool.
60-Minute Senior Sessions: Comprehensive full-hour training for in-depth progress, designed for senior clients. Allows for warm-ups, main exercises, cool-downs, and technique refinement—suitable for most goals, with optional hydrotherapy for joint relief if client has access to a pool.
Group Training Sessions: 60-minute session for 2 or more participants, meant for couples or people in the same household. Build camaraderie while working on shared objectives like team building, general fitness, or themed challenges. Customizable for friends, families, or small groups living together.
All sessions are conducted by experienced trainers in a supportive environment. We prioritize safety, progress tracking, and enjoyment to help you achieve lasting results.

Scheduling

Instead of self-booking, all appointments are now arranged directly by our team to ensure the best fit for your needs and availability. This allows us to tailor sessions based on your goals, preferences, and any specific requirements.
For New or Interested Clients
If you're a potential new client or simply exploring our options, we encourage you to start by submitting a contact form through our website. This helps us gather initial details about your fitness objectives, experience level, and preferred times. Once submitted, our team will reach out promptly (typically within 24-48 hours) to discuss availability, answer questions, and set up your first session. We're excited to help you get started!
All clients receive a free initial evaluation to assess goals, fitness level, and medical history. Sessions are in-home (primarily in Norfolk and Middlesex County, MA) or via Zoom, using your own equipment where possible. Safety is prioritized with adaptations and required clearances/waivers.

With over a decade of experience, we focus on strength, conditioning, hydrotherapy, and wellness to help you achieve your goals from the comfort of home.

We serve kids and young adults (ages 10-21) for sport-specific performance or general strength and mobility training, busy adults (20-65) for functional fitness, weight-loss, muscle growth and seniors (65-100+) for low-impact mobility, strength and balance training, including adaptations for conditions like arthritis, frozen shoulder, neuropathy etc.

A free evaluation: We'll discuss goals, assess fitness level, review medical history, and create a custom plan. Sessions use your equipment; we guide additions if needed.

What payment methods do you accept? Credit/debit cards and digital wallets via Stripe. Upfront deposits reduce no-shows; balances due at session.
Are there any taxes or fees? No sales tax on services in MA. Stripe fees (2.9% + 30¢) are built-in—your price is as listed.
What is your cancellation policy? 24-hour notice for full refund or to cancel. Rescheduling for some time later in the same week if available free with notice.

Do I need any equipment? We use what you have (e.g., mats, weights, chair). We recommend affordable additions over time. The goal is to help you set up your own home gym so that you can work out with a trainer or by yourself whenever you have free time.
What about health and safety? All clients sign waivers releasing us from ordinary negligence and confirming clearance (mandatory for seniors and minors). We adapt programs for specific conditions. Trainers are CPR & AED-Certified.
Is there an age requirement? No—sessions for ages 10+ with parental consent for minors.
